Dinosaur Day in Year 1

In Year One we have been looking at the text “the dinosaur that pooped the past” this links to our dinosaur topic this term. In the story the boy’s grandma is celebrating her birthday and we have made lists and invitations including adjectives. We planned our own birthday celebration around this. Today the children experienced a party, they played games, sang happy birthday and enjoyed some party food. Well done year one, you behaved impeccably!
